Our guides are all experts in their fields, our coaches are modern, comfortable and clean and, our destinations offer some fascinating stories, stunning sights and the right combination of relaxing and exciting things to experience.
We encourage all our guests to book in advance online. This helps us plan our journeys to ensure that your tour goes without a hitch and avoids any disappointments. It’s also much more convenient for you: booking with us via our website means that all your attraction tickets can be purchased at once, saving you from having to deal with multiple vendors when you want to be enjoying your tour.

We take the security of the data you entrust us with incredibly seriously. You can find out what we use it for, how we store it and your rights over it by checking out our privacy policy. Safe to say, we take every reasonable precaution to treat your details with the respect that they deserve. We use a variety of methods to ensure that they’re kept as safe as possible.
Depending on the nature of the booking, we may be able to offer some discounts on occasion. If you’re placing a large order, contact us at groups@mazzatours.uk and we’ll see what we can do.
While there is no issue from our end, so long as we’re given notice to make arrangements to meet your needs, not all attractions which we visit are fully accessible. If you’re in doubt about how suitable a particular tour may be or wish to make arrangements for a wheelchair or other mobility aids, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
We offer a full refund, so long as cancellations are made at least 24 -48 hours before check-in begins and as per the cancellation policy mentioned in the tour. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds after this period. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.
We operate an e-ticket system. Your ticket will be sent to you via email and can be used to check-in via your device (such as a phone or tablet) or printed and presented to your guide. If there is a problem with your ticket displaying, please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify the issue.
Of course. We aim to give you as much notice as possible but please understand that on rare occasions, things outside our control may happen.
We aim to end most of our coach tours at the location we picked you up from, however, the UK has strict laws and regulations about the number of hours professional drivers can work for in a day. In the event of us running behind schedule, we will drop you off at a pre-arranged tube-station and endeavour to direct you back to central London as best we can.
While we endeavour to wait for pre-booked customers within reason, we can’t wait forever. Our other customers have also booked and we cannot delay their day indefinitely. In the event that you are late for check-in, you may unfortunately miss the departure and we will be unable to offer a refund. We also have to leave our various destinations on time. We shall endeavour to ensure all passengers are embarked before leaving, but if you are late to the coach from a stop, we cannot wait indefinitely and will have to leave without you.
We hang on to any lost property that turns up on our coaches. Please contact the office to arrange the return of your items. In the case of items lost during an excursion, please contact the attractions in question as each will have their own lost property policies.

The tour price covers all entrance fees unless stated otherwise. However, it does not include travel insurance, optional gratuities for your guide and driver, or any transfers to/from stations and pick-up points unless specified on the tour page.
While most locations have nearby restaurants, opting for this may limit the time available for exploring the attractions.
Senior concessions are available for individuals aged 60 and above.
While washroom facilities on our coaches cannot be guaranteed, we make regular stops en route, and most attractions have lavatories available.
The exploration time varies as some landmarks may take longer to reach, and the nature of attractions differs. Our guides monitor group progress and adjust the tour accordingly. Keep in mind that multi-landmark tours within a day may limit the time at each attraction.
You're allowed one piece of luggage on the coach, and we recommend keeping personal and valuable items with you. Hot food and drinks are not permitted on the coach.
Arriving late may result in losing your seat to a walk-up passenger. It's advised to be at the pickup point at least 15 minutes before departure. If you miss the departure time, the coach will leave to avoid delays for other passengers.
Unfortunately, seats are on a first-come, first-served basis, and pre-booking specific seats is not available.
While we can offer an approximate duration for each attraction, the overall tour is at the guide's discretion and may vary slightly.
